On April 24,, 2026, Hema, a student of Mata Sundri Khalsa Girls College, Nissing (under the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, Kurukshetra), brought great pride to the institution by winning a Silver Medal in the All India University Games 2026.The tournament was held in Assam from April 6 to April 9, where she delivered an excellent performance and secured this remarkable achievement.She was honored in the college by Principal Dr. Satwant Kaur Mann, who encouraged all students to actively participate in sports and strive to bring glory to their college and community.Members of the Physical Education Department and staff were also present on the occasion to congratulate and motivate the student.
